- Introduced global users to the software solution, through demos and training sessions. - Promoted to Subject Matter Expert in SAP solution for Quality Management module. Led software deployments across 6 projects to manufacturing sites in the USA, South Africa, Australia, and Europe providing both physical and virtual support for the end to end deployment, including design, build, test, and go live support.- Hosted Requirements Gathering workshops to identify and understand business needs. Developed use cases and workflow enhancements from the outcome of these workshops, and worked closely with end users to test and approve the changes into production.- Liaised with regional representatives and consulting partners in prioritising changes and improvements to the current software. From there decided the course of action to deliver proposed solutions. Allocated team budgets and team resources to projects to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.- Prepared functional specifications for RICEFWs (Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows). Assessed functional documents written by newer colleagues before being presented to relevant approval board.- Acted as the solution liaison for the external Application Maintenance team to clarify queries. Also provided approval for production changes including assessing where the scope of requests should fall. - - Managed SLA’s and performance indicators for that team, to identify and assess aging tickets and requests and prioritise completion. - Represented business and functional requirements for an implementation of Enterprise Performance Management tools and acted as a key stakeholder throughout the deployment of the tools, providing technical specifications.- Mentored new graduates which involved taking responsibility for their induction and organising networking events to meet senior managers. - Assessed the work of my colleagues in certain areas and projects and provided performance reviews and feedback to their manager to go towards the employees’ yearly review.

Carried out the relevant activities in site preparation, cut-over, and post-go live support for deployments.- Learned how to programme in Visual Basics Application to create and script multiple excel based dashboards which were used to monitor global compliance with SAP, and to run end-to-end traceability. - - Presented these tools and dashboards to key business stakeholders and trained global users in how to run them to prepare for their global implementation.- Was selected from the 2018 intern intake, to return to Kerry after finishing my degree.
