My name is Aili, and I am an accomplished administrator, store manager, sales associate and creative thinker.I have recently pivoted my job role in Domilya Group Construction INC. to assistant project manager.In my previous career, I worked for The Hamilton Wentworth Catholic District School Board as an Educational Assistant, assisting special needs children.Working in the construction industry for the past four years, I have a passion for managing and quoting materials for projects, building relationships with clients and developing policies to help with the companies growth.I love that the construction industry is always rapidly changing and I continue to flourish, work hard and seek out new innovative solutions.I have recently had the pleasure of working with one of HGTV’s series show called Gut Job. It was a rare experience and I appreciated seeing everything that goes on behind the scenes to create a successful show.Outside of work, it is important for me to spend quality time with my son Pasquale, my partner Roger, family and friends.I enjoy eating, working out, completing DIY projects and scrapbooking.
