I'm CEO of ALYA NANOSATELLITES CONSTELLATION E.O., a pioneer aerospace company in Brazil, and the first to be run by a woman. I made a commitment to develop an aerospace company that can leverage the national economy and give more access to the fastest-growing assets in the country with the help of high technology. Brazil has continental proportions, which requires a lot of vigilance over its territory, especially for environmental issues. Agriculture, mineral exploration and oil are the fastest growing sectors, need these remote sensing technologies to record, and alert their activities. In Brazil, there is a highly qualified workforce, which graduates from the institutes of aerospace excellence of the country, and need to put their high knowledge into practice in companies in the sector. ALYA will absorb this workforce and leverage institutes by providing high quality products for its research and capacity building activities. We are creating national and international partnerships with the Air Force IEAv, the Institute of Aeronautical Technology (ITA), the New University of Lisbon, ESA BIC, various international partners, Brazil's Ministries of Science and Technology, Innovation and Communication, among other agencies and environmental monitoring companies, especially water resources. ALYA comes up with a multi-industry ALYAR concept to leverage their activities through high technology and thinking. From the crystallized intelligence of planning Technology Park architectural and urban design projects, to the fluid intelligence of nanosatellite aerospace mission management, I explore critical thinking in the aerospace industry as a great opportunity to shape the future of life on Earth. It will be maybe through space products and services or through scientific discovery and exploration, space is a peculiar environment with infinite possibilities. My goal is the relentless pursuit of developing high intellectual ability to solve everyday human problems.
