I am a BPS registered Children's Wellbeing Practitioner, currently working as an Educational Mental Health Practitioner with Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind. In this role I work with children and families using low intensity interventions and self guided help methods for mental health. I trained as a CWP at the Tavistock centre Family Mental Health team. Previous to this, I have worked as an Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapist at the First Bridge Centre in Fulham. Working with Early Years (0-5 yrs) children with Autism Spectrum Disorders to develop skills in multiple areas, including communication and speech delays. I recieved my Distinction level Psychology postgratuate degree from Birkbeck University London, and undergraduate degree in Religious studies from the University of Edinburgh. Previous volunteer roles include crisis counselling with Shout. I am working with a view to becoming a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist.
