Customer Services Manager
Current- Responsible for all staff and resources within Customer Services Service.Job Purpose:-
- Plan, deliver and effectively lead Customer Services. This includes corporate customer strategy (customer contact, quality standards and channel shift; including Centre of Excellence for Customer Services Excellence).
- Lead on improvements associated with customer service excellence based on research, best practice, customer involvement and feedback and promoting cross sector partnership working and innovation.
- Manage a range of facilities and other resources associated with Customer Services including the Council’s Centre of Excellence for Customer Services Excellence,
- Develop and improve services to ensure that the Council delivers its priorities, strategic objectives, and meets operational and statutory obligations.
- Take responsibility for the management of the functions and services assigned.
