I worked with line managers on absence cases, disciplinary and grievance investigations. I also delivered training to managers on effective line management, discipline and absence as well as effective communication. I also assisted the HR Business Partner in organisational change programmes. HR AdministratorI managed and maintained the payroll process for +300 employees, I was first point of contact for all HR enquires. Implemented an absence tracker, to record and track absences across the business. Completed the employee life cycle from managing the recruitment and selection process, to completing contracts right the way through to when an employee the leaves. I also complete all HR Administration work, ie filling, mail, invoices.

I made the big decision to take some time out of my career and go travelling. I did the backpacking thing and worked my way around Australia following the sunshine. I realised that Scotland was home and I could sacrifice the year round sunshine so I could come home.

I managed the HR Service Desk, contact via email, online portal or call with enquiries to which I would give advice and guidance.
