Quite simply I am passionate about quality learning and my role is to help individuals and organisations achieve more than they could alone. I have a very pragmatic approach so while my aim is to make sure you have a fun time when working with me, the learning objectives will always be the focus. Over 20 years’ experience in Learning & Development roles in the private and public sectors mean I can offer a lot to both delegates and their employers. I am CTP and DET qualified as well as being an A1/V1 NVQ assessor and verifier. I am also licensed to administer both Strength Deployment Inventory and Myers Briggs which further add to the range of learning solutions we can offer.As a team we can help you clarify your learning needs and deliver an amazingly diverse range of learning solutions. It could be developing a training matrix or competency framework, designing you a bespoke course or on demand learning asset, facilitating a team away day or coaching an individual.
