English literature made me an avid reader. Before taking Literature as major I had no interest in books but now book reading is like food for my body. Literature really shapes our mind and makes us more analytical. It taught me how different interpretations can be drawn from same scenarios and how we should chose wisely our actions because they have an impact on everything around us. Shaping my thoughts and writing them down in form of poetry is my way of expression.Explaining and giving deeper analysis of literary texts to others is what I love to do. I always want to teach literature so people would appreciate it like I do. It is the best feeling when people get inspired from you and start reading literature not for degree but for having real interest. I want to inculcate this feeling in my students.
