My other responsibilities include providing direct support to strategic partners based in the region( Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya) to facilitate their capacity and advance their missions. I am also involved in the development and deployment of strategy for managing healthy and productive partnerships.

USAID SOMA UMENYE is a comprehensive program of support to produce significant gains in early literacy. The Government of Rwanda affirms the need for all Rwandan children to develop necessary Kinyarwanda reading skills in the first years of primary school. My primary role was to support district and sector education officials to implement education reforms that support improved early grade reading reforms. I also coordinated closely with other donor-funded implementers to ensure USAID Soma Umenye activities are complementary to other efforts not duplicative.

The organization's mission is to reduce extreme family poverty through robust and efficient children's education. Hope of Family works with low-income families from the rural south of Rwanda and is officially registered under No 680/RGB/NGO/LP/10/2020. My primary role is to advance the organization's strategic vision and support the Executive Director to build viable and long-term partnerships with local and international partners. I am also the liaison between the project implementation team and founding members.

The school is educating leaders and social change innovators from East Africa. My responsibilities included organizing and supervising students' special projects, developing informal and formal assessments, meeting and planning with colleagues for the courses that are shared, among others.

The project funded by USAID and implemented by the Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC). Child’s early years are essential for building the foundation of literacy and numeracy skills that are necessary for success later in life. This is why EDC’s Literacy, Language, and Learning Initiative (L3) worked with the Rwanda Education Board (REB), USAID, and technical partners to improve learning outcomes in literacy, mathematics, and English language for students in grades 1 through 4. EDC/L3 is the USAID-funded project promoting the best practices of literacy and numeracy in early grade. My duties and responsibilities involved developing relationships with Government counterparts through Rwanda Education Board, local and international NGOs to implement robust and sustainable mentorship program.I also served as L3 program representative/liaison on the School-based mentoring task force

College of Education is the former Kigali Institute of Education: This is the most leading Education institution in Rwanda. My duties and responsibilities included developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research, establishing collaborative links outside the university with industrial, commercial, and public organizations, carrying out administrative tasks related to the department, such as student admissions, induction programs, and involvement in committees and boards.

Agahozo Shalom Youth Village is home to vulnerable children, and I taught communication skills to newly recruited teenage boys and girls. As a Freedom Writer Teacher (http://www.freedomwritersfoundation.org/), I helped my students shed off stereotypes daunting background stereotypes to envisioning the future with hope and optimism. My multidimensional teaching approach combining powerful storytelling and best examples to emulate across history, has led to students' higher-order thinking. That approach has also increased my satisfaction and morale.
