Contribute to the development of efficient Route-to-market and set up of distribution KPI’s;Develops export sales strategies for Kenafric’s products in different countries;Recruit and train the sales team in each country; Ensure all distributors have updated data for the creation of the annual Distribution plan before each year’s end and included it in the newly approved company budget.Ensure that there is teamwork, especially in ensuring that activities undertaken are efficient cost cutting, and achievable by all distributors.

Develop and implement sales & distribution plans for Inyange products;Implement effective sales & marketing strategies related to all Inyange product ranges;Manage a team of sales & accounts managers Organize the training for the sales team and conduct performance assessment to identify the areas to be improved;
