I am responsible for facilitating the planning of Calibration Maintenance activities with Providers on site or offsite per schedule in Beamex CMX system, formulate equipment maintenance plans in line with OEMs and manage implementation in SAP PM system for all site equipment. I also coordinate installation of equipment parts prior to Calibration such as sensors, transmitters, flowmeters etc., manages system and GxP upgrade projects, reviews documents including designs done by Vendors, reviews and approves GMP documentation that include but not limited to User Requirement Specifications (URS), Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in eQMSs. In addition to the above, I also execute qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), interprets installation blueprints, conducts deviation investigations and resolution, ensures equipment/system start-up is completed in a safe and coordinated manner, resolves installation problems, generates, and maintain Calibration and Maintenance procedures among other duties
