Aiman holds a Doctorate of Business Administration DBA, MBA from the “Ecole Superieure Libres des Sciences Commercials Appliqués” and Bachelor degree in Commerce from the “Cairo University”. PMP Certified from PMI. He has started his career with IBM Training Department in 1998 where he handled several positions from IT Instructor to Senior IT Instructor and exposed to different clientele sectors in Petroleum, Banking, Couriers, Ministry of Justice, and many Multinationals.20 + years of progressive experience in, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Training, Human Development, Establishing companies and Managing training centers, operation and training projects within mainly Berlitz Language Centers/Westwood Misr. Established medical insurance TPA company and managing tourism company. Proven ability in designing and improving work procedures in support of the training programs provided. Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with clients to identify and redeem quality issues. A strong supervisor and leader able to train and motivate teams to peak performance and increase productivity.
