Responsibility: -Part of project management team as well as a focal point to Client, Engineering / Operational support to discipline and interface management with external parties.Job Desription: -• Report directly to Project Manager• Assisting Project Manager – To execute engineering projects in a timely and efficient manner, to ensure operational supports and resources are able to support all engineering projects efficiently and to ensure operational supports and resources for satellite and overseas offices.• Provide overall project management and technical supervision for the entire project duration within contract obligations, procedures, cost and schedule.• Conduct, Attend & Prepare Minutes for Kick-Off Meeting, Internal Weekly Meeting & Weekly Progress Meeting.• Prepare and issue weekly and monthly progress reports to client. The Progress report highlighted critical items, point out the most important delays, changes and their impact, indicate problem areas and extreme consumption of float.• Progress Report also consist of Work Accomplishment for Previous Week, Work Plan for the following Week, Percentage of Work Progress, Bar Chart (well-defined collection of tasks or activities and the completion of which marks its end), Progress S-Curves (also called Progress Curve - Plot same measure of cumulative progress), DSR (Deliverables Status Report) and CTR (Cost Time Resources).• Monitor and expediting the process of Deliverables Review – (Inter Discipline Coordination and coordination with client’s representatives).• Responsible in create and issuance of Sales Inquiry, RFQ, Quotation and Purchase Order (using SAP program).• Provide support to Procurement.• Coordinating manpower supply to client.
