-Experience in handling and managing upcoming and past internship students allowances.-Responsible for listing and organizing purchasing furniture list.-Experience in hosting for the students' internship programs preparation for UniMAP students.-Fully in-charge for the clerical works such as printing and faxing important documents related to present and past student's profile.-Assigned to conduct and manage all the students application for their internships requests (student from other university and also UniMAP students). -Updated data of UniMAP students on weekly basis and assist in updating final year students auditing file.-To assist in any job requested by supervisor if needed.
