Oversee and lead tank farm operation team, assist operation manager in complying with production and sales demand from tank storage and logistics side while working with other departments to maintain efficiency, reliability, and safety of the tank farm, loading bay, pump house, warehouse and weighbridge.

Be a part of Operation Equipment Control (OEC) Team. Supervise the movement of RTGs, Empty Handlers and other heavy machineries and equipments. Instruct operators of jobs and information via radio channel from port control room. Dispatch jobs to operators through operation computerized SPARCS system. Supported shift managers in executing plans for live operation. Be a part of Shift executives and Team Leader team. Remind and inform operation team the time and situation needed to execute jobs. Keep updated with all information related to live operation. Communicate directly with executives and managers via radio channel. Identify and plan to solve problems ahead to ensure smoothness.Responsible in executing and testing new and developing system for operation department. Be a part of the project management team. Identify issues of the new system and present feedback to developer team from overseas. Assist to assimilate old system with the new system.
