 Initiated the accreditation process of all programs by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD): European Programs Accreditation System (EPAS) and European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS). Founded several institutes to serve as a consulting body to different ministries such as: Sports Management Arab Institute, Arab Institute of Media Management, Investment and Finance Institute. Investment and Finance Institute (IFI) Founded the institute, which is considered as one of the leading academic centers in the field of Investment and Finance and incorporated various programs aiming at: providing students with the necessary resources and tools to pursue their research career in the field of finance and Investment preparing graduates for management roles with particular emphasis on finance and investment acquiring the knowledge and skills relevant for complex management functions in a rapidly changing environment Started several programs such as: MSc in Investment, MBA-CMA, Diploma in Technical Analysis, and MBA with major in Banking and Finance.

 Setup the new vision for CMT toward internalization by signing several new collaboration with different universities around the world  Started to gain and apply for accreditation locally as NAQQE and international AACSB and EFMD Initiated and founded several joint and dual Academic Programs and Degrees in addition to Staff and students exchange agreements between College of Management, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and different universities around the world. Cardiff Met University and Portsmouth University in UK; Dakota State University in US; L'ecole de Management de Normandie, EuroMed Management, Ecole de Management Marseille in France are among those universities Founded a Media Management Department at the College of Management in collaboration with Cardiff Met University.  Founded the Student Union body in the College of Management. Encouraged and liaised Staff Professional Development Programs by facilitating the enrollment of thirty five assistant lecturers in the collaborative PhD programs with Cardiff Met University, UK, to cater for larger intakes and to meet the demands of the College of Management at the Academy plus other enrolment in respectful international universities.  Initiated the accreditation process of all academic programs by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD): European Programs Accreditation Systems (EPAS) and European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).  Founded several Centers as Business Development Center (BDC), Leading Edge for marketing and Feasibility Consultations.

 Founded and supervised the development of the Project Incubation Center on campus in 2008. The PIC idea originated from the excessive demand of the Academy’s Staff members, graduate and undergraduate students to embrace innovative and practical projects. Any AASTMT member could approach the PIC to propose and start a small project under a corporate identity and with other partner members from the Academy. When approved and recommended by the PIC, these projects would be partially funded through Initial Student Offering (ISO) program and the remainder would be covered by the Academy. The selected projects would be announced by the PIC to other AASTMT members. After any project's incubation period, the project, being integrated as a small project, should be set to join the Egyptian Stock Market. In short, PIC provides the AASTMT members with a chance to put educational theories into practice, to have a real life market experience, and to start the business career they plan for themselves. Some of the PIC projects are listed below.o Festival Food Egypt:Vice-President and Board Member:I set up the business plan for Festival Foods Egypt (FFE) Incorporation. FFE, a company based in Alexandria, operates Festival multi-unit and medium-sized cafés, serving healthy, fresh and contemporary style food. Festival is primarily and initially housed in the Academy’s campuses in Egypt, Syria and other Arab countries. A follow up phase is to expand and establish more Festival cafés off campus.o Arab Company for Facility ManagementPresident and Board Member:I set up the business plan and the capital raise for the company, which is primarily devoted to the maintenance and care of educational, commercial and/or institutional buildings such as universities, schools, hospitals, hotels, office complexes, arenas and convention centers.

 Founded the College of International Transportation and Logistics by expanding the department, housed in the College of Maritime Transport for several years, into a college by: (1) setting up a college infrastructure regarding Academic and Administrative Staff and personnel; and (2) adding different majors and updating the college curricula in collaboration with reputable specialized entities and official bodies in the field of logistics and transportation. This resulted in the increase in students’ intake from 400 to 900 students in six months.
