Senior Project Officer (Innovations - Lived Experience Programmes Team)
CurrentKey Responsibilities and Duties:- Supporting experts by experience (EbEs), including families and carers, involved in proof-of-concept projects to participate and have their voice heard.- Co-facilitating engagement sessions with people with lived experience of being severely affected by mental illness, and their families and carers.- Identifying opportunities for shared learning and two-way communications across relevant topic areas within the lived experience workstreams and across the wider matrix team.- Ensuring representation, equality, and diversity amongst EbEs and identifying ways to increase representation of underrepresented communities.- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and co-production and engagement sessions, including administrative tasks, organising invitations, managing the tech, agenda-setting, and note-taking.- Leading on building and maintaining positive relationships, with people with lived experience of being severely affected by mental illness, and their families and carers, who are involved in projects- Strategically creating innovative and inclusive communications materials to share with EbEs, as well as social media and other online assets and project deliverables - Project management, coordination documentation collation and capitalisation, often working to tight timelines.- Generating systems, tools and frameworks needed to meet project milestones.- Oversight of project documentation and balancing complex schedules, alongside coordinating with commissioners - Authorising participation payment claims and expenses- Monitoring and evaluating programme activity, to report on progress and learning and resolve issues as they arise.- Assisting with the submission of bids, tenders and funding proposals- Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed before, during, and after engagement with EbEs.
