Responsibilities• To manage tobacco supply for Europe market for Global Travel Retails (GTR) within the allocated budget at an optimized inventory target on top of delivering Key KPIs for the End Market.• Planning Lead in various global, regional and locally driven Projects (eg Resourcing, System Transition, Delisting, Structural / Model Change and New Product Introductions.• Planning lead for Repack supply of GTR Europe market.• Key link between Regional Service Centre, third-party manufacturer from US and End Market in terms of managing demand, supply and local inventory plan. • Key stakeholders and custodian of Manufacturing Master Data, which determines overall efficiency and capacity of Work Modules and Production Plants in Factory. Over 380 Active SKUs of Finished Goods and 260 SKUs of Semi-Finished Goods and Base with various specifications and complexities to be maintained accurately in the SAP and GST (Global Scheduling Tool) to ensure accurate reflection of capacity to the above market planners.• Lead of the Supply Review Meeting, one of the key meetings in the Sales and Operational Planning Cycle of the company.• Manage 4 subordinates responsible for scheduling of production plan for Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods and Base Productions in Factory.Key Achievements• Delivered Tide & Destiny Project (New Product Introduction).- Achievement in Sales of 45-50% higher than forecasted, managed supply with Zero OOS situation in Retailers and Distributors.• Inventory Full Potential (IFP) : Globally driven project to optimize inventory throughout the End to End Supply Chain.- Achieved 46.2 days as of December 2023 versus IFP target of 49.5 days.

• Head of department for Packing, Warehouse and Planner department• Manage 7 types of incoming powder and 21 types of incoming surfactant as well as outgoing raw materials• Focal person on accommodate on raw materials planning ensuring continuity of supply based on warehouse capacity without delaying production planning • Work with production team to ensure monthly sales output achieve target • Responsible to plan and arrange monthly production output in line with demand needed from customer• Encoded and analyzed sales chemical data in SAP ERP system • Work with QA team to ensure timely release of finished goods, coordinating and scheduling reworks as necessary• Responsible to receive, inspect and monitor receipt of goods moving into the plant before pass to QA team• Work closely with suppliers to ensure receive consistent quality supply of goods• Monitor status of finished goods inventory to ensure order completion is on time and safety stock levels are maintained• Responsible to plan and arrange monthly delivery and packing schedule.• Key person in handling sales for 7 types of Major chemicals and 15 types of sub-chemicals to 15 factories• Responsible to liaise with customer to collect sales order from 15 factories• Key person to process in average of 130 orders by performing order conformation using ARIBA and communicate accordingly cross functional department in timely manner• Focal person to generate monthly sales price list for chemicals• Focal person for customer window regarding any issues raises at customer side• Main person in charge for end month stock count with finance department and prepare monthly closing report• Responsible to count and ensure monthly stock variance tally in system and physical stock• Monthly scheduling meeting with production team to review on material planning and other related issues in production• Collaborate with QA, production team in maintaining high quality standard for FG products

Supply Chain & Warehouse• Input data of chemical inventory accurately using SAP including Good Received, Delivery Orders, Purchase Requirement/Orders etc• Scheduled daily delivery planning according to delivery capacity• Manage inventory document filling for Sales Order and Delivery Orders papers• Complete order processing using SAP based on mixing planning record for monthly FG production• Communicate closely with customer on delivery status and complaints within same day of issue• Collaborate monthly stock take accurately and managed reducing variance • Provide stock count report with root cause investigation• Monitor incoming raw material and liaised with purchaser on order planning and with supplier on order status.Production & Process• Ensure daily smooth running in production by consistently monitor production and maintenance schedule• Engage with team to analyse problems and ensure timely delivery of products• Advise changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency

• Monitor trial runs of new products or processes at production lines• Assist in validation activities of the manufacturing process• Responsible in assisting various production and R&D projects including implementation of automation process
