Junior Associate Human Resources Recruitment
Current• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications and criteria for the role.• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with the interview panel, including hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.• Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture.• Assist with onboarding activities, such as organizing orientation sessions, facilitating paperwork, and ensuring new hires have access to necessary resources.• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
