Junior Associate Human Resources Recruitment
Current- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications and criteria for the role.
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with the interview panel, including hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the company culture.
- Assist with onboarding activities, such as organizing orientation sessions, facilitating paperwork, and ensuring new hires have access to necessary resources.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
