Job Scope-Responsible for installing, configure and maintain virtual Servers using VMWare VCenter and ESXi (Hypervisor).-Manage, maintain and monitor Dell PowerEdge Server using iDRAC 9-Managing Windows server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 build, maintenance, version upgrade and OS patching.-Managing RHEL Server Patching and Upgrade.-Administrating of remote access tool from "Beyond Trust" (including security patches).-Installing, maintaining and upgrading of Synology NAS and NetApp Storage System-Configure and maintain of Synology Active Backup to backup and restore.-Perform backup administrative activities and responsible for server and file backup and restoration using Veeam Backup and Replication.-Manage and monitor server and system alerts using PRTG Network Monitoring.-Manage network firewall using Cisco Security Manager.-Contacting and troubleshooting of related issues from incident and change management using ServiceNow.-Following of security and regulatory requirements.-Participation in a 24 hour on-call rotation.

Job Scope-L2 Support Engineer in Messaging and Workplace Services Department.-End-to-end services for Exchange, Office 365, and SharePoint to clients using Exchange and Office 365 Admin Center.-Manage users administration in on-premise and cloud using PowerShell.-Manage Active Directory (AD DS, AD CS, ID creation, Organizational Units (OU), Access and Security)-Exchange servers, AD Domain Controller servers, and VDI servers monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.-Work with DNS Management service using OKTA and MXToolbox.-Troubleshooting on Microsoft product such as Outlook and Skype.-Manage VDI machine and Citrix application for users. Troubleshooting issues related with VDI and Citrix.-Work with public cloud provider such as Azure, AWS Workspace and Data Reporting Tolls such as Power BI.-Respond to services, products, technical, and customer-relation issues on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairson current products and options, based on customer entitlement.-Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user's problems using email and Service Now ticketing tool.-Working in a team to ensure internal or external business and end user SLA demands are met
