I am fortunate to have a rich and varied professional, volunteer and academic profile. I am an accomplished business executive with extensive experience executing and managing complex technical service engagements, product development and go-to-market planning. I lead teams in professional services, project management, SaaS implementation, finance, human resources and sales and marketing in global energy and commodity trade and risk, software and design engineering. My education is steeped in the liberal arts with a broad base in social sciences, history, applied sciences and literature as well as the fine and graphic arts. Formally, I have an MBA from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia (Major in Psychology and a minor in English Literature). Moreover, I have significant training in graphic arts, marketing and sales. I am a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and enjoy contributing to the success of the companies I am privileged to engage with. My educational pursuits have helped me in my professional life and in being an effective leader. I am a senior executive within the ZE Family of Companies; serving as the Chief Business Officer for ZE PowerGroup and the Chief Financial Officer of ZE Power Engineering. I am a Board Officer for ZE PowerGroup, ZE UK and ZE Singapore. Within the not for profit community, I have also held numerous senior executive positions serving as the Board President, Committee Chair, Vice President, and Director for several associations. I am known as a diligent, hard working and highly effective leader who is plain spoken and forward acting. I started my career as an independent sales and marketing consultant and continue to support technology companies as a management consultant, board executive and mentor. I am proud of my coaching skills and my commitment to continuous personal improvement through education, art and sport. Soccer, ball hockey, martial arts and outdoor pursuits keep me physically active, while writing, fine arts and volunteerism keep me mentally charged beyond my work pursuits.
