- Design Company Site Representative (CSR) for Flexible Pipeline EPCIC contract:Responsible to manage EPCIC contractor in term of engineering design, procedure, cost and schedule control. The project delivers 2 flexible pipelines from green field platform to brownfield platform. Effectively managed installation scope and interfacing with many parties, avoiding significant standby for the whole installation scope.- Manufacturing CSR for flexible pipeline manufacturing at Asiaflex, Johor Bharu: Responsible to manage EPCIC contractor in term of engineering design, procedure, cost and schedule control. Managed 2 inspectors under the team.- Installation Engineer during Flexible Pipeline Installation and Pre-commissioning campaign:Assist Installation CSR to manage HSE, monitoring of installation and pre-commissioning activities, and managing site MOC. The installation involved total of 3 installation vessels and 3 support vessels.- Decommissioning & Abandonment Task Force Member:Ongoing study on overall COMPANY’s strategy managing End of Field Life and Abandonment philosophy.

- Accountable for integrity of pipeline assets in the whole Baram Delta Operations (BDO) comprising of 180 new and ageing pipelines. Leading and coaching a team of fresh graduate engineers. Acknowledged as a very passionate coach.- Tasked to roll out best practice in Northern Cluster which seen rapid improvements in Corrosion Management Plan (CMP) compliance. - Tasked to design Sarawak Operations (SKO) pipeline Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and monitor performance.- SKO Pipeline Integrity team lead, heading 2 experienced engineers in charge of pipeline SKO Pipeline Integrity Management System (PIMS) guideline development, Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology and assessment, Fit for Service assessment (FFS) and Life Extension Assessment (LEA).- Entrusted to lead central Petronas Carigali Pipeline Integrity team to enhance Carigali PIMS philosophy.- Initiated Joint Industry Project with 2 local universities to support new solutions to integrity management.- Managing contracts for pipeline assessments (RBI and FFS), starting from tendering strategy, work scoping, negotiation, award and contract execution.- Closely interfacing with Shell Laila project (rigid and flexible pipeline concept), and Petronas Bokor Phase 3 project (flexible pipeline concept). Provide critical input to project team from conceptual stage until detail design stage.- Presented in 3rd Annual Global Pipeline Integrity Summit in 2013 (Abu Dhabi) on SKO Pipeline Integrity Management System.

- Accountable for integrity of pipeline assets in Northern Cluster (Bokor/Betty/Baronia) comprising of 47 new and ageing pipelines.- Lead an exemplary integrity mindset change amongst operation which includes 4 OIM’s, 8 Supervisors and more than 40 technicians. This resulted to other clusters emulating the practice.- Accountable for pipeline related Management of Change (MOC).- Developed long term pipeline operational strategy, and pipeline replacement and rejuvenation strategy. Supporting role in the rejuvenation campaign right from project sanction, conceptual design, detail design, installation, and hook-up. Leading role in commissioning and handover of pipeline assets.- Developed, reviewed, and executed Corrosion Management Plan (CMP) for new and ageing pipelines. Reviewed FFS and RBI assessments.- Responsible for Intelligent Pigging (IP) for Sarawak Operations. Managing contracts for IP, starting from tendering strategy, work scoping, negotiation until contract execution. Set up a stringent QA/QC process to verify IP data. Lead a team for internal/external direct assessment.- Involved with various pipeline temporary/permanent repairs on topside, onshore and subsea. Familiar with vessel configurations and limitations.- Assisted various pipeline decommissioning and abandonment projects.- Developed rapport with local authorities (DOSH, DOE and Marine Department).
