1.Conduct customs clearance for all shipments imported into Malaysia, acting as a broker on behalf of customers.2.Focus on ensuring that all import and export shipments are executed seamlessly and on schedule to meet critical deadlines.3.Prepare import/export documentation by determining cargo contents, and classifying cargo into different fee or tariff groups, using various Harmonized Coding system (HS Code).4.Responsible for managing daily customs declarations, including ZB, EPAM, K1, K2, K3, and K9, for air freight shipments.5.Provide accurate guidance to the customers on duties and taxes based on the declared HS Code.6.Coordinate physical examinations for controlled and restricted cargo shipments upon arrival with Customs or Other Government Agencies.7.To liase with RMCD and Other Government Agencies such as MAQIS, PHARMACY and KPDN.8.Collaborate closely with internal customs officers to ensure accurate and timely execution of customs declaration and documentation processes.
