Current1. Conducting initial site assessments and surveys to gather essential information for the project.2. Create a detailed project timeline in Microsoft Project, together with workflow for all parties involved and ensuring alignment with client expectations.3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand their vision, requirements, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.4. Work closely with interior designers, architects and specialist to develop design concepts, ensuring balance with functional and aesthetic goals.5. Assist with technical input to ensure all design plans are feasible, practical, and compliant with building codes, industry standards, and CIDB regulations.6. Assist in the selection of furniture, finishes, materials, and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.7. Working with Quantity Surveyor to estimate project costs, allocate resources, and control expenses to avoid cost overruns.8. Work with vendors and sub-contractors to get competitive pricing for materials and services.9. Oversee the work of designers, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.10. Oversee the progress of the project on-site with application of Critical Path Method (CPM), ensuring that construction or renovation work follows the approved design while maintain timeline adherence. 11. Addressing any challenges or issues that arise during construction, such as delays, defects, or design changes.12. Maintain detailed records of the project, including contracts, permits, and changes to design plans.13. Finalize all paperwork, close contracts, and ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
