Healthcare Investment Company: Identified and developed business opportunities within Saudi healthcare sector. Included mobile care, telemedicine, homecare, primary care, physical rehabilitation and new government healthcare projects.Regional Development Initiative: Developed 25-strong PMO team for a US$12Bn project to develop economic city in Northern Saudi Arabia, generating 30,000 new jobs while attracting local and international investors.University Endowment Development Project: Established 40-strong PMO team from 9 different government and private sector entities to setup, design and build and endowment valued at US$4Bn for a public university. Telecom Operator Bidding and Launch: Led 100-strong bidding team to bid for telecoms operator licenses, with operators in China, Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia and USA. Built retail arm of telecom operator establishing and launching a network of 300 retail outlets employing 1,300 people in Y1.Entrepreneurship (4 years): Developed entrepreneurial programs and initiatives working with MIT and the Entrepreneurs Organization.Building a Fast Food chain in Saudi Arabia (3 years): Developed a fast food chain of 4 outlets and a central kitchen along building a 30-strong team.
