As an involved member of my community, I value working to meet your personal goals which I believe is on of the most important things as it shows determination. I believe that the for achieving a goal the journey and the steps in order to achieve it are in great importance since individuals learn more about themselves and broaden their horizons. I enjoy working in teams as university has taught us that if we all manage to work together towards a project the satisfaction we get after is not only academic but as well as personal. This applies in our everyday life, as I have realised that by being in the committee of a club (WILN) not one person can be in charge of everything, there needs to be always a team behind every big project in order to minimise error!
