In this position it was my responsibility to be in charge of all the Accounts Payable Operations for the US Suppliers, I’ve had one Clerk Accountant under my supervision during my time in this position I’ve had improved the day by day activities of the AP Department and developed more efficient procedures in order to maintain our Suppliers accounts current and also process all the expenses accruals and BS accounts analysis for the month end close.Starting this year I also gave support to Intercompanies and Fixed Assets.

In this position my responsibilities involved the operations related to Intercompanies and Accounts Receivables. Also the preparation of the month close with the appropriate communications with other Intercompanies accountants around the world was constant.
