As a real estate lawyer, I’ve advised clients across a whole spectrum of industries on a wide range of property matters - with a particular specialism in acting for occupier and investment clients and with a particular interest in retail and leisure. I take a down-to-earth collaborative approach and, while my project management skills on large transactions are pretty old school, I’m not a traditional lawyer. I try to make things fun, cutting through much of the noise to get to the crux of the issue and to explore better ways of delivering commercial advice. That’s the aim, anyway!I've developed strong relationships with my clients through getting to know and understand their business requirements and by generally being a "canny lass" as they'd say in my native North East!
