Service Development - Ah&C

This was a new role, created to provide extra support as Adults Health & Care underwent major digital transformation.Although initially only contracted for a year, within 3 months the team were granted permanent funding & increased seniority, with my role evolving to encompass:- Indirect management of all Care Home Admin staff across the county to ensure alignment of processes - Development of more complex data reporting/ analysis and solution design/ implementationDuring my time in this role I developed significant professional relationships with colleagues of all levels and functions, including frontline care workers, SMT, admins and project/ IT teams. I quickly became highly trusted, and would be the first point of call for various people, ranging from amending a spreadsheet for the Assistant Director, to running to a Care Home to help with a system issue for a panicked shift leader.Details of individual projects can be found in the project section of my profile.

Harry Sotnick House, Portsmouth

Supported the operational running of a 92 bedded Nursing Home. Up until March 2018 Care UK provided Harry Sotnick House’s services of behalf of Portsmouth City Council, however, following repeated “inadequate” CQC ratings it was temporarily taken over by HCC, whilst PCC obtained the required nursing licenses. During my time there we took the overall “inadequate” rating to an overall “good”.
