After graduating University in 2017, I worked in the hospitality industry. Within 2 years of working at The Saracens Head Hotel, a 30-room boutique hotel and restaurant in Essex, I became the General Manager.I was General Manager for 3 years, during which I was responsible for the success of the business and the management of its 35 staff body, then for guiding the business through the challenges of the pandemic. Once the business had made it through the other side I decided it was time to embark on a new career path.After working through Summer 2022 on a personal project in property development I began studying accountancy with AAT. After completing my Level 2 diploma in December I began a new role as a Client Accounts Coordinator at Block Management UK, and continued my personal development by achieving Level 3 diploma in accountancy.In 2023 I joined Appetite Me! A company which specializes in rural diversification. My role here is to investigate and create Business Plans and forecast financial statements for our clients to test the viability and feasibility of their chosen business.
