Pay close attention to clients' strategic layout in multiple dimensions on business model, marketing, distribution of talents. Keep insight into potential demand and talent resources reserving.3. Provide solutions to recruitment needs and demand analysis. Assist to build employer branding.4. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to help project forward. Result-oriented.5. Project lifecycle management. Get into CDDs recommendation,evaluation,interview, salary negotiation, offer, reference check, follow up candidates' on board, clients' payment collection etc.6. Project data sorting and analysis for performance improving.7. Be a trainer for business and new colleagues.

1. Collect & analyze target industry customers information. Make a comprehensive understand of industry/product/internal structure.2. BD and visit customers, build effective cooperation to achieve sales target.3. Communicate with HR/Hiring Manager for better understanding of personnel requirement.4.
