We continually strive to enhance our business, with constant investments into our events, our professional team and client satisfaction.With over 20 years combined experience, we bring companies together to synchronise into strong corporate partnerships.We pride ourselves on being the ultimate business tool.My responsibilities include - Pre Event:•Source & book new venues & managing current relationships•Organising show requirements incl. signage, furniture, telecoms•Liaising with venues & official contractors•Liaise with stand contractor & book stands•Produce event floor plans•Book and liaise with external companies; AV suppliers/Entertainers/etcOnsite:•To be on site from set up to finish•To liaise with the venues to ensure that operations are running smoothly•Organise event kit for each event•Liaise with stand contractor & approve layout or change if required•Liaise with Hotel operations team for setup & go through function sheet•Liaise with Hotel regarding supplier deliveries•Setup event space, seminar rooms & team office•Oversee setup of event in terms of itineraries, signage & supplier stand signs with event team.•Ensure refreshments are available at agreed times & check throughout•Organise room drops•Deal with any accommodation issues with Hotel team•Confirm room setup for gala dinner & run through evening plan•Meet evening entertainment & clarify setup•Check pre-dinner drinks setup•Set up evening dinner to include layout, table plan, AV/stage etc•Meet entertainers ensure set up for the evening•Manage forum team on site, assign jobs
