Roche Ronzet is a growing interior design and accessory company offering bespoke services as well as a budding retail line.

Along with standard sales associate responsibilities, I oversee and execute the visual component of our merchandising from inception/planning, through execution on a monthly and bi-monthly basis, ensuring all brand standards are met.

Managed the day-to-day operations of the studio/workroom. Responsibilities included client contact and correspondence, building relationships with designers and facilitating their projects, assisting clients with design concepts and choosing appropriate fabrics and trims, maintaining vendor relations, bookkeeping and general office duties. My responsibilities also included cutting of all pillows, cushions, table clothes, napkins, and placemats, using industry standards and pattern matching. I also took on sewing projects that included pillows, cushions, drapes, and baby bumpers, when needed, to ensure that projects were delivered/installed on time.

Assisted the practicing partner of the firm, as well as his associate attorney, in all aspects of legal preparation for all matters handled by the firm, with a focus on real estate, corporate and estate planning matters. I was also responsible for general office management, contact with vendors, and procurement of office supplies. Additionally, I was responsible for all accounts receivable.

Managed and maintained the administrative operations of a 1500+ client financial planning business. On a daily basis I facilitated and oversaw the distribution and processing of documents necessary for the opening, service, and closing of life insurance, retirement plans (both personal and group), mutual funds, and brokerage and managed financial accounts. I oversaw the case management of each client account from initial documentation to account opening, and provide service for all accounts on an ongoing basis. I was the primary contact for clients, our housing agency, and brokerage back office, outside insurance agencies, Third Party Administrators, and fund companies. I also handled all day-to-day practice management processes including scheduling, calendar maintenance, and client recognition. My duties extended to marketing and included periodic group specific mailings, a quarterly newsletter, client seminars, and client appreciation events.
