Having always been a passionate writer, in June 2018 I set up my own blog. Since then, I have been writing engaging content on areas such as travel, self-help and entrepreneurship. Through The Temporary Resident, I have built a strong core readership base and online community. This project remains a great passion of mine and is something which I aim to continue to grow.

I love to engage with all sorts of different people and to develop unique, thought-provoking stories which engage or inform an audience. My drive is positive reader feedback and something I really pride myself on is producing strong content.I also have experience in Online Marketing, Social Media Brand Strategy, SEO strategy and have worked on reforming Communication Strategy within teams. I have also not only worked on my own content or that of companies I have worked for, in 2018 I was involved in an interview for NPR, concerning the internet speed in Berlin and the consequences of this from a start-up perspective. For opportunities like this, I have had to be able to think quickly, respond articulately to a wide variety of audience and remain calm under pressure, whilst still being relaxed enough to speak with ease and comfort.

During this team key responsibilities were creating a founding Social Media strategy for the brand, leading cross-channel collaborations for campaigns, the drawing up of brand guidelines, and growing & leading the Social Media team through hiring. Previously a frequent customer at Ride Berlin, in Summer 2019 I began working there on the Reception as a "Desk Hero". Here my passion for sports, specifically spinning, were fostered and built on. My responsibilities included the setting up of equipment and bikes, customer service and housekeeping. At Ride, I developed my team working skills, learnt to deal with situations where working extremely quickly and effectively was imperative and worked in a highly personable and friendly environment. I am extremely proud and content to have worked at Ride.

During my internship with SPRT, I learnt a great deal about Online Marketing and Content Creation. I worked closely with the Head of Marketing to reform our communication strategy and to refocus our social media platforms giving them a new look and feel, with more structure and a recurring theme.I was also responsible for Social Media platforms in my role as Content Manager at SPRT and in this time we achieved an increased event reach of 80.000 in the last 365 days, 40.000 of those in the last 90 days (Facebook analytics). I relaunched SPRT’s blog page and because of our online content, we increased our number of website visits, page duration time and decrease of bounce rate from the whole year. Here I also gained experience in Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite and Social Hub among others.I thrive in an exciting and busy working-environment and pride myself on my time management and organisational skills. I have a strong initiative and this was developed during my work with SPRT where I worked on their blog single-handedly to build it and make it an interactive space which interacts with our community, both offline and online.I am very grateful for the opportunities I had with SPRT to work in such a collaborative, multicultural and vibrant environment.
