I demonstrated excellent knowledge of the University’s internal systems, inclusive of the University switchboard and social media platforms. I have had exposure in a number of different departments in the Student Services and Administration portfolio including Special Consideration. I pride myself on customer service and process and policy adherence.

During my secondment I was responsible for completing monthly rosters and inputting all planned leave and casual hours as per budget constraints, as well as updating and sending the daily roster. I also managed CRM enquirers, call volumes and changed staff duties accordingly. I assisted with managing and responding to the leadership email account. I created drafts for the IVR message, and assisted with compiling daily briefing notes and communicating these with staff. I was the point of contact for over 20 staff members and handles escalated enquires.
