Transitioning students from the Wind River Indian Reservation into the public school system. Working with at-risk youth to help them graduate high school. Developing rapport with students and their families to make sure their needs are met. Advocating for changes that individual students may need in order to meet their graduation goals. Conduct home visits,facilitate meetings between parents and teachers, develop a connection between the family and the school. Also, membership in the restorative justice team and facilitating the Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support team.
