I run daily standup meetings and run the Agile system for all projects. I connect members of my team to the resources they need to complete the project tasks. I manage all correspondence with clients and discuss the status of each project.

LinkedGuerilla is one of our service lines of BetterBetterBetter. LinkedGuerilla uses LinkedIn to generate targeted leads for B2B sales. We use the best mechanisms for engaging prospects: connection invites, a value prop message, and endorsements. I help manage the sales process through email communication,

AtlasTalked was created to bring down the cost of receiving mental health support, increase the specificity of counseling, and utilize the demonstrated power of peer counseling. AtlasTalked is a new way to provide true equity and inclusion, because of the low-cost and selective nature of the marketplace. People who are struggling can choose the peer they want and if it doesn't work out move on to someone new. The people who provide their time to talk, do not need any credentials or certifications to put up a listing, and they set their own price and talking point. In my current position, I manage the development team and marketing department.

The YMCA is a non-profit organization that supports the community through many different programs. The YMCA's mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. This summer the governor funded AZ OnTrack, a program designed to help with learning loss during COVID. The YMCA hosted many of these camps to support children through fun games, activities, and classroom work. I led and guided children ages 5-12 through engaging activities such as arts and crafts, STEM, group games etc.

Taught group lessons for children ages 3-12, and taught private adult lessons.

IP Advisors Inc. is a full-service lending brokerage firm. They help people get the mortgage they want and have partners with many different lenders to help the buyer get the best rate. I sorted loan documents and created files. I assisted the loan officers in many different tasks, such as obtaining documents needed to close and updating Arive, the mortgage broker portal.

Hosted at the Orange County Fair, RCS provides great carnival entertainment through games and rides. They continue to provide great attention to detail since 1963 to provide the safest and most fun experience for guests. I was a game attendant for different game stations. I taught and administered each game, and provided a reward for the winners. I learned how to work in a fast-paced environment. Greeting and interacting with guests was my favorite part of working at RCS.
