My duties are but are not limited to: Scheduling hearing evaluations for two Audiologist. Scanning, faxing, and billing all hearing evaluations as well as hearing aid purchases. Contacting companies for repairs and shipment of warranted items. Works with insurance companies to insure the patients coverage. Collects co-payments as well as payments for hearing aid purchase’s and supplies. Assist patients with connecting their hearing aids to the electronic devices.

My duties included but were not limited to: baking all desserts for two coffee shops. Baking gluten-free muffins for six local ShopRite’s. Baking for all incoming holiday/party catering orders.

My duties included but were not limited to: Scheduling all examinations for a panel of four doctors. Creating yearly calendars for all doctors. Scheduling all testimonies, depositions, and conference calls for all doctors on our panel. Insuring all contracts and payments were received in timely manner. Creating charts for new claimants.
