I chose this career to learn more about children and as part of moving my family to a small town on the Western Slope.

Manage banquets and events in 9,000 sq ft banquet space, work closely with other departments to manage multiple events consecutively or at the same time. Also responsible for Scheduling, liquor orders, inventories, and invoicing. In this career, I worked closely with people I respected in the hospitality industry. Together, we worked toward guest satisfaction and forecasting sales in the hotel.

Manage and execute grocery store operations for NGVC Flagship Store in Denver, gaining positive year over year financial performance. Also, successful event execution, scheduling (40 + staff), succession planning/training, ordering/in-stock conditions, and inventories. I chose this career to grow and challenge myself to learn more about the business model and take on more responsibilities.

Develop professional skills by learning and training with Regional and General Managers; and Executive Chef. Monitor restaurant performance, ensure guest satisfaction, FOH schedules, in-house training program, office administration, ordering, invoicing. In this position, I gained business and professional skills, not afraid to pull up my sleeves to help the team and get work accomplished.
