Starting the role during the covid period demanded flexibility in work duties in response to the crisis. Using my knowledge of analysis I developed a workforce tracking system allowing capacity to be tracked in real time. I pooled data from various sources including that of hospital discharges and public health data related to COVID 19. This led to the successful reallocation of staff, ensuring adequate resources in high demand areas. In June I began the role to which I was recruited, project managing the Maximising Independence work stream of a large scale change programme in adult social care. Developing and providing team specific training in behavioural science to facilitate strength based practice and maximise the independence of clients in order to prevent, delay or reduce the need for formal care. Establishing peer reflection supervision sessions to ensure maintenance of changes in practice.

Training content and delivery was developed based on a theory based needs assessment conducted with students and requirements of Course Leader. Utilised student focused teaching methods and developed content based on student and supervisor feedback.

Utilise geographical, economic and smoking prevalence data to design and implement interventions.
