Oversee spiritual growth and activities for the children of the church.

As an Administrative Assistant I developed systems that helped the church to grow. I developed a volunteer coordinator position, developed the structure underneath that position and found volunteers to fill those positions. I developed a system for processing new members in our database, coordinated with the Senior Pastor, women's pastor, worship pastor and other staff according to the needs or our members. I was the financial director, which caused me to coordinate with the elders and pastors on developing a budget. I made copies, kept the website up to date, created simple flyers, coordinated with a graphic designer to get more complicated flyers done, kept the church bulletin and oversaw the church calendar. I was the right hand to the pastor's and tried to foresee any needs that they may have and meet those needs in a timely manner.
