- Senior HR Manager for 1.5M square foot EFC employing approximately 1,000 hourly Associates and 60 Executives which runs 7 days a week/ 21 hours a day- Headcount increases to 3,000 - 4,000 hourly Associates during holiday peak- Manage the HR team that consists of two HR Generalist and two HR Specialists- Partnership with the Building Director to ensure constant communication and alignment- Executive Development and Training - Coach the executive team by guiding through situations to allow for growth and development - Advocate for our DE&I journey and member of multiple BRG’s (Business Resource Groups) to ensure an inclusive environment is felt for all of our Associates- Participate in engagement activities for the building as a form of recognition for our Associates- Ensure the building is compliant with company policies, state and federal law- Oversee all Associate Relations to ensure that investigations are completed timely and a fair and consistent outcome is in place for all- Manage both the non-exempt and exempt staffing plans and onboarding to ensure adequate headcount - Oversee the ADA, LOA and WC process- POC for multiple network projects in an effort to create consistency with a primary focus on compliance - Liaison with onsite Guidance Resources (EAP) representatives and our onsite Wellness Center for the best Associate experience- Utilize Workday as our HRIS and Kronos for scheduling and timekeeping systems
