At Indiana State University we use the Campus Management/Talisma CRM software for recruitment purposes. I serve a dual role there as the Campaign Manager and the Business Administrator.As the Campaign Manager, I work with Admissions and other departmental representatives to create customized electronic and hard-copy mailer campaigns for recruitment purposes.As the Business Administrator, I support the product, ensuring data integrity between our main student information system (SIS), Banner and Talisma, which is crucial for accurate, timely and targeted campaigns for each phase in the enrollment process; prospect to enrolled students. I also provide feedback to management over the effectiveness of the system on various aspects such as, email campaign effectiveness and status, contact transition from prospect to enrolled, and user service reports. I also manage and train Graduate Assistants in departmental technical systems. Additionally, I am responsible for training and documentation for end-users along with continued daily support with user community to understand data access and integration needs.

Analyze requirements and design systems architecture for tracking system for the School of Education in ongoing operations and strategic program review Implement and maintain the solution using Banner (SIS) and customized Access databases through ODBC.Liaise with business end users in order to design user-friendly interfaces to systems, applications, and databases.Develop succinct, timely programming code that is logical and optimizes programming resources and meets user requirements.Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of existing programs in meeting current and future user needs.Maintain and support associated databases.Work with user community to understand data access and integration needs.Troubleshoot and resolve database and data problems.Monitor, analyze, and verify data to ensure data integrity; develop assigned databases to support specific applications.

As an Adjunct Faculty, I teach computer courses, including Computer Fundamentals and MS Office suite to various audiences ranging from Corporate Training to Continuing Education.

As a Freelance Consultant, I have developed applications for a range of companies. Some of the different projects have been to develop applications to track work orders, non-conformities in products, and materials, an order management system, and a system to calculate and track weight according to moisture rates in grain products.
