Responsible for delivering and trading newly established ranges of own brand Bedding, Bed Linen, Bath Linen and Soft Furnishings. Covering all aspects of product development and sourcing from Far East and Europe whilst gaining a solid knowledge and understanding of an online only business.

My role involved all aspects of the buying function working alongside Merchandising, Design, Technology and packaging teams on a day to day basis. I developed and delivered authoritative ranges for the Soft Furnishings sector for AU12/SP13/AU13 increasing margin and turnover. I managed a worldwide supply base; building loyal working relationships to mitigate cost price increases within the challenging global economy. A commercial and creative view is strengthened by a genuine passion for product development as well as effective negotiation skills. Competent experience in presenting to a Senior and Director level and confidence to lead a small team.
