Business Change Manager experienced in Project and Programme Management within the public sector. Skilled in Verint CRM development and implementation, with success in performance improvement and channel shift strategy. I lead my team in the replacement and enhancement of Adobe to Verint online forms. I am currently working in Adult Social Care with the Direct Payments Team, leading their improvement plan to maximise takeup and provide an improved offer to people with lived experience. I completed an introduction to Behavioural Science course and am now co-chair of the Behavioural Science Community of Practise for Sheffield City Council and have completed the Essential Organisation Development course with Roffey Park.I am passionate about the use of language to successfully engage and collaborate across different services to maximise project and programme success. I'm a hard working and highly motivated leader with knowledge of both Agile and Prince methodology and I love helping others achieve their full potential.
