- Play a vital role in Alternative investment trading operations between front & back office from execution to settlement- Manage Collateralized Loan Obligation operations, CLO trade analysis and generate quaterly report- Manage and compile alternatives investment reconciliations, monthly, quaterly reporting and taxes- Effectivly manage post-execution allocation, confirmation, report portfolio security trades, foreign exchange deals and bank loans- Monitor the thrid party matching systems and custodian portals to ensure proper matching & settlement across assets- Coordinate and resolve trade related disputes to breaks with prime brokers, custodians and executing brokers- Review of SWIFT wires at custodian, wire and asset transfer - Coordinate and support cash team, accounting team and equity team with settlement and payments- Excel VBA/ Python/ SQL/ Bloomberg

- Manage margin trading: lending and short selling execution, procedure design and development, margin calls management, securities repo and swaps design, execution and management- Financial data analysis and financial model development, to optimize collateral securities ratio, leverage ratio and risk management- Design futures hedging strategies: develop futures hedging portfolios to offer a range of securities for short selling, portfolio execution and management, options strategies development- Asset backed securities issuance,collorate with it, cash team,compliance team to issue ABS- Resolve trade issues with SEC, CSFC, clearing house- Client sevices to mutual funds, private equity and individual customers; development trading strategies and products to meet clients' requirement
