Responsibilities included:• Change Management - managing CR’s through the change process, supporting weekly CAB meeting. • Risk Management - including supporting establishing a new risk management process in IT.• Comms & Engagement - supporting All Hands & producing newsletters.• Resource Management & Onboarding - including onboarding new starters for the Burst Capacity resource model.
