As a Customer System Support Advisor with Henry Schein my role involves many different tasks each day, these include;• Providing technical assistance to Henry Schein customers and sales representatives • Making and taking customer and staff support calls and emails. Noting support call and email details using Sales Force• Ensuring high customer service levels for all brands• Creating customer accounts• Checking details of new customers who have created accounts online• Checking for errors on JDE from customer orders and resolving any problems • Placing orders for customers on JDE and through the website • Reordering items on JDE when requested by customer service • Explaining how to use a number of different functions online including finding COSHH information, approving orders and downloading statements • Setting up budgets • Working closely with other departments and sales representatives • Checking and accepting customer registrations for the Reward program. Contacting customers for more information if required, and answering any queries customers may have• Assisting customers in downloading our app and explaining how to use this I have also been trained as an internal auditor so I am required to complete several audits in different departments each year.

Whilst working as an operations assistant with Henry Schein I covered annual leave and breaks for the reception team. I gained a lot of valuable skills whilst working on here and my tasks included;• Answering calls and emails from customers and staff in a confident, polite and professional manor and ensuring I passed the call to the relevant department/ gave the caller the information they required • Booking flights, hotels and travel for staff members• Welcoming visitors, ensuring they are signed in and collected by the member of staff they are visiting

As an operations assistant for Henry Schein my role included a number of different tasks including; • Picking stock for customers using a handheld device, ensuring high levels of accuracy• Checking orders for corporate customers• Packing orders ensuring everything is packed neatly and securely to avoid damage during shipment• Training others how to use devices for picking• Working to strict time limits to ensure orders are sent out the same day • Prioritising work load • Working alone as well as in a team• Following companies policy's and procedures
