I am an experienced, passionate higher education professional adept at teaching adult business classes. I have also taught Business Teacher Education Methodology/Pedagogy, Advanced MS Office, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Concepts, and Organizational Behavior. I instruct an average of 150 students per semester using a variety of effective teaching theories to accommodate for multiple learning styles and preferences.My research focuses on the experiences of historically marginalized students to learn from and more effectively assess current climate conditions in order to identify areas of opportunity to improve. I am also a professional leader with over 15 years of managerial and supervisory experience in corporate arenas strengthened by a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor of science degree in business administration specializing in human resource management. As a trainer of both classroom and online learners, I am skilled at curriculum and course design/development and effective at creating and delivering comprehensive presentations focused on course objectives. I offer well-honed research and analytical skills and strong interpersonal, communication, and computer abilities.
