Personalised Plates Queensland (PPQ) works together with the Department of Transport and Main Roads to bring Queenslanders a range of personalised number plates that celebrate who they are and what they love. As Assistant General Manager I am responsible for achieving PPQ's revenue targets, driving the business strategy and leading cross functional teams across new product development, finance, sales, marketing, customer service, stakeholder management, information technology and customer experience.

Personalised Plates Queensland (PPQ) works together with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and is responsible for managing the personalised number plates business throughout the state. Currently Publicis Australia, one the world’s largest advertising agencies has the contract to manage the Personalised Plates Queensland business. As part of the PPQ team I'm able to lead change and implement functionality enhancements across operation systems that directly impact our customer service team. Working alongside Digital and Marketing departmental heads, I've been able to optimize internal processes and policies in a way that meets business and regulatory requirements. As well as being the key operational contact for major stakeholders, I'm leading and mentoring a customer service team to ensure sales and service targets are exceeded at every opportunity. As part of this I make certain that the customer is at the forefront of everything we do.
